| Sent: Tuesday, January 2007 Subject: Enjoyed the trip Ray, We enjoyed the fishing trip with Brett (Capt) and Jason (I think) mate the week after Christmas. It was a beautiful day. The guys were great, very polite, attentive, and good fishermen. We caught 3 sails and missed a sail and a big dolphin. We will look forward to fishing with you in the future.

Sent: Thursday, January 2007 Subject: Thanks for a great trip! Ray, Really enjoyed fishing with you and your team on the 15th and 16th (I was on Grady's team) . Your mate and captains are first class. I learned quite a lot and will definitely be back next year. I thought you would enjoy these pics. I think you have some line on the wheel of the small boat. I was showing the mate and Captain how my camera works. This was my first sail of many more to come. I hope you will take me up on coming to Va to striper fish next year, I would love to take you.
Thanks again, |

Sent: April 2009 Subject: Thank you and photo Thank you for one of the most memorable days of fishing you provided for me and my friends Paul and John. In over 50 some years of fishing I have never experienced so much excitement packed into one day. Just 10 minutes into the day we had our first hook up. We never in our wildest dreams thought we could have three hook ups at one time and get all three of the sails in. What a job you did to coach all three of us at the same time with the crossing over and under during the fight. That was only outdone by a 4 hookup resulting in four more catches. What a feeling of satisfaction coming to the dock with 13 sailfish flags flying.
Thanks again for your passion and willingness to share your expertise. |
First Sailfish
Fished out of Miami yesterday with the goal of getting Dillon (10) his first billfish. We ended up going 3 for 4 on sails, but the first one was really all we needed. Dillon did an awesome job and Dad was proud! To make the story more special, the fish's bill was broken off, it had a treble hook (not from us) inside it's mouth that we pulled which had not been in there long, and it has an existing tag that we pulled and called in from the boat.....the fish had been previously tagged two years ago off Puerto Rico !!! ....cool story to add to his first....(fyi...12 inches fork length growth in that period of time ) ...fish was retagged released.... |
Another Great Trip on the Miss Britt
Eric, Jason and I had a great time fishing with Captain Alex & Mark, on March 7th & 8th. Alex and Mark coached us through running the reels and hooking the fish ourselves. We missed quite a few but got better later in the day. The two day total was 11 sailfish caught and released out of 18 shots plus a few dolphin & kingfish. |

We had a great night with Jim and Sean. My 11 year old got his first Dolphin, 25 pounder, bigger than Dad’s 18 pounder – just as it should be! We picked up an undersize Sword, cool little fish – and it adds to my billfish list as a first. Thanks for “hooking” us up, we will definitely be making days out more often. Dean |
Thank you for the Awesome fishing experience !! I was very impressed with Alex (Captain) and Jason (Mate). They are a Top Notch team, I was Amazed how quickly they could put us on school after school of Dolphin. And then topped off the trip with a nice Sailfish for my son who flew all the way from Oregon just to catch one!! I look forward to our next trip in the very near future |
Thank you for a great trip last Saturday. I have never seen a sailfish bite like that, two doubleheaders, very exciting. As always, great work and much appreciated. Here is a picture from the trip… look forward to fishing with you in the future. |
